„Stefanov’s lakeside villas“ is located in a picturesque area on the lake Kardzhali, in the small quiet village Glavatartsi, only 7 km from the town of Kardzhali. On an area of 1,300 sq.m are three houses built in the tradition and style of the Eastern Rhodopes. Old, built at the earliest is the permanent home of the owners, and The Big and The Small house shelter guests who have chosen to stay here.
The guest house has two double rooms, three triple, one single and one apartment. Each room is tastefully furnished, has a private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, free Wi – Fi internet, air conditioning and central heating for the winter season. The rooms are private, with direct access from the yard, and front each one has a small veranda with table and chairs overlooking the lake. The front part has two floors. At the first floor, united in common spacious room, are large dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with all facilities for self-catering, service premise with refrigerators, cabinets for products, washing machine, iron with ironing board and bathroom, and all are available for use of all guests at any time. An external staircase leads to the second floor where there are two double rooms with balconies and a common entrance. Here the large covered terrace not only has an amazing panoramic view of the entire area, but also provides an opportunity to experience unique Rhodope sunsets. In the other part of the house, facing the courtyard, located stepwise, are other rooms and the apartment.
The Small house, which is also available for guests, is nestled in the northwest corner of the yard and creates a feeling of discretion and privacy. It has two separate rooms, double and triple, with total covered wooden terrace overlooking the woods and water.
Closed yard, used natural materials-wood and stone, pleasantly situated rest spots and shadows of the trees add extra charm to the place. At guests disposal are a playground with a sandpit and swings, loungers with parasols, small pool for children, barbecue charcoal and electric. If desired, you can diversify your stay with the possibilities offered by the region in the field of cultural and historical tourism, hunting, fishing and water sports.
